Letsbett Terms & Conditions — know your rights and responsibilities, clearly laid out

1 General Terms

Letsbett is a legally operated online betting platform. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between letsbett and its users. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Letsbett reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will post a notice on the platform and indicate the date the new terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• These terms apply exclusively to letsbett's official platform.
• The use of any third-party software or automated systems while using letsbett's services is strictly prohibited.
• Any activity not authorized by letsbett is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration

To use letsbett's services, you must first create a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.

Information required at registration:

• Full legal name (as per National ID)
• Active mobile number and email address
• Date of birth (must be 18 years of age or older)
• Current Address

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure. You are liable for any activity that occurs under your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact letsbett support immediately.

3 Age Verification

The minimum age to participate on letsbett is 18. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. letsbett may request a national ID, passport, or birth certificate at any time to verify the date of birth provided during registration.

• Withdrawals may be held pending until age verification is complete.
• If a user is found to be underage, their account will be closed and all winnings forfeited.
• A minor's account will be closed upon request from a parent or guardian.

4 Deposits & Payments

Letsbett supports a range of local and international payment methods. No extra charges are applied on deposits. However, your payment provider may charge their own fees — letsbett is not responsible for those.

Supported payment methods:

• Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket (Mobile Banking)
• Bank Transfer (all major Bangladeshi banks)
• Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, and the maximum limit varies by payment method. Deposits are generally credited instantly. If you experience any issues, contact our support team within 24 hours.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawing winnings from letsbett. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if suspicious activity is detected.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Letsbett offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before opting in.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or identities is strictly prohibited.
• letsbett reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is confirmed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7 Betting Rules

There are a few basic rules to follow when placing bets on letsbett. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless letsbett voids it on its own accord.

• Bets must be placed before the event starts (except for live betting).
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded in full.
• letsbett reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error in the odds.
• Any bets linked to match-fixing or fraud will be voided and the associated account will be closed.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the game and event.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Letsbett reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information or providing fraudulent documents during the KYC process.
• Operating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
• Participating in fraudulent activity against the platform.
• Threatening or abusive behavior toward other users.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any outstanding balance will be returned after verification.

11 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between letsbett and a user will first be addressed through mutual discussion. To submit a complaint, email support@letsbett.app or Help Centercontact us via live chat.

• An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of receiving a complaint.
• For complex cases, we aim to provide a resolution within a maximum of 14 business days.
• In any arbitration process, the decision of letsbett's licensing authority will be considered final.

12 Changes to Terms & Enforcement

Letsbett reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified on the platform at least 7 days before any changes take effect. For significant updates, registered email addresses will also be notified.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full. These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026.
